Endring remover AG 1140 is used for the removal of endrings from rotary screens. The endrings can be removed from the rotary screens after Endring remover AG 1140 has dissolved the adhesive bond.

Properties :
Endring remover AG 1140 is an aggressive solvent mixture. It has been especially developed for the removal of adhesive bonds between rotary screens and endrings. Adhesives based on epoxy-resin, polyurethane or polyester-resin are attacked by Endring remover AG 1140 and softened, so that endrings can easily be removed from the screen.

Direction for use :
Pour Endring remover AG 1140 undiluted in to plastic bin such that the adhesive bond is completely covered by Endring remover AG 1140. Put end ring and screen in liquid for approx. 25 mins. of reaction time. Remove endring by inserting razor blade between screen and endring. The reaction time depends on the type of adhesive used and its application ( e.g. heat curing ).
Protect skin and clothes by wearing appropriate protecting clothing. Working area should be well ventilated.

Storage : Unlimited, when stored cool.
