| Method
of Application : |
| 1) |
Degrease the screen,
dry it properly. Ensure that screen is completely
free from Dust. |
| 2) |
Take 1000 gms.
Photo Emulsion FB-555, add 50 gms. Sensitizer
Solution and mix thoroughly. In case Bubbles are
formed filter ready solution by Bolting Cloth.

Coat the Screen
ones on the out side and dry, the apply further
coat to each side and dry again. |
| 4) |
The Exposure time
depends not only on the light source out also
on the coating thickness and Mesh counts of the
screen. |
| 5) |
Develop in a water
bath or by rinsing water at a temperature 20 0C
- 30 0C when fully developed rinse thoroughly
with cold water. |
| I) |
Natural curing
screens coated with Sensitizer are stored at room
temperature for 18 - 24 hours thus achieving the
resistance necessary for printing. |
| II) |
Heat
curing approximate 30 minutes after applying Sensitizer
keep the screens in a heated cabinet at 50 - 600
C for one hour. |
| 6) |
Wash
the screen thoroughly with water for removing
excess unreacted hardness from excess areas. (
Except Printing areas ) |
Packing
: 10kg in a special plastic barrel which
is packed in 20 kg carton box.
Storage
:
Not sensitized 12 months when stored cool. Sensitized
3 days, when stored dark cool.
