Retouching lacquer is used for retouching of the emulsion before or after hardening / polymerization on the rotary nickel screen.

Colour : Grey Emulsion.

Properties : A kind of polymer rapid curing at low temperature, good fastness of film and excellent durability of printing.
Suitable for retouching pinholes, which appear after curing at high temperature or in the process of printing.
It is a two component system.
1. lacquer.
2. Hardener.

Preparation : Take 250 gm lacquer + 25 gm hardener, mix thoroughly and the retouching lacquer is ready to use.

Application :
1) Factors :
a) Pinholes appear after curing at high temperature.
b) There are pinholes on the stencil film in the process of printing.

2) Retouching :
Examine the screen on the inspect shelf, coat retouching lacquer on the pinholes with a wool brush.

Storage : One year at 5 - 30 0C ( in a dark and dry place )
