Benefits & Features : |
| * |
May be
applied to polyester and nylon for both flat and
textured-yarn. |
| * |
Mainly applied in
water jet looms, may also be used in dry looms,
such as air jet, rapier, projectile and shuttle
looms. |
| * |
Easy
to apply, no other additives are required. |
| * |
High
cohesion and film strength provides abrasion resistance
in high speed weaving looms. |
| * |
The sizing contains
a unique lubricant which reduces abrasion and eliminates
blocking in high speed weaving. |
| * |
Does not foam or
create static in high speed sizing machine @ (450M/min
up) and high speed looms. |
| Preparation |
|
1. For water
jet looms.
Draw 2/3 of the required quantity of water.
Start agitation and add SUPER WJP.
Heat up to 40-500 C and agitate for 20 minutes.
Adjust to final concentration with water. Agitate
for 30 minutes.
Pump to storage vessel ready
for use. |
2. For dry
looms.
Draw 2/3 of the required quantities of water.
Start agitation and add required quantities of
PVA slowly.
