SUPERSIZE 1000 is particularly recommended
for : |
|
-
High Density fine yarns:-
Cotton, polyester, polyester/wool,
polyester / viscose, polyester. |
|
-
Difficult weaves : Poplins, Taffetas,
Etc |
|
-
High speed looms : Air - jet, projectiles,
rapiers, |
|
Size
pick-up on yarn could be varied form 8 to
15% depending upon.: |
|
Characteristics of the yarn, Sizing conditions,
Fabric construction, Characteristics of the
loom. |
|
After
a detailed analysis of the parameters specific
recommendation could be given by our Technical
Representative. |
| Desizing |
SUPERSIZE 1000 could be desized in a mild
alkaline bath at pH < 9 sodium carbonate
) The addition of strong alkalis is not
recommended.
He addition of a non ionic detergent ( 1-3
g/l) is recommended to ensure the removal
Oils and waxes from yarn.
Where SUPERSIZE 1000 is used in combination
with starches, the desizing properties are
governed by the starch used ( e.g. Enzyme,
Peroxide).
Desizing temperature : 60 - 95o C depending
upon the type of yarn. |
